At Forge, we believe that everyone should have the ability to access global financial markets, regardless of their location or financial status. We recognize that traditional financial systems are often exclusive and inaccessible, thus we believe a truly decentralized working and simple synthetic asset crypto platform which includes a wide variety of assets is a must for the Defi ecosystem.
Our mission at Forge is to bring back confidence in synthetic assets on the blockchain. Following the LUNA/UST crash, a lot of people have concluded that it is impossible to create synthetic assets on the blockchain and that such protocols are unachievable and it will end up . However, we are convinced that synthetic assets are not only possible but will become a critical part of the DeFi ecosystem in the future. Similarly to the DAI stablecoin, we intend to deliver an efficient and simple-to-understand protocol that will forever change the mind of the naysayers.
